My husband and I have been with Karlassa at First Choice Taxes for 3 years now. We have been very satisfied. She walks you through the process and goes over everything. Making sure nothing is missed before the final signature is taken. If there is a question and she doesn't know, she will find the answer. All of the staff have been very pleasant and knowledgeable due to the extensive yearly training that the text prepares have to take. I refer them every year. My daughter has also become a member of the Forst Choice Taxes family as a tax preparer. 10/10 would recommend.
